What's the difference between the Zen 8000 home and small business? They look identical to me apart form the VAT inclusive pricing.

There is no difference, just the product shows on the home and small business sections, just the business section shows without VAT, and includes products that would be more suited to businesses.

Yes, maybe so, but I felt your point was a little too broadly made - if you'd said "All of Zen's Business 8000 products" then maybe OK, but you didn't, so I clarified :-)
