Clicks on the portal

..can we have less of them!!

Login - 1 click
Continue? - 1 click
My Orders - 1 click
+ Internet Access - 1 click
Details - 1 click

I know it's been designed around people having more than one service from Zen...but how may actually do?

...Just my moan for today

At least one

However; I'd agree that the 'Continue? - 1 click' (if this is the ... the last time you logged on msg) is not necessary, this could be displayed on the first/main screen.

My main gripe is....My Orders, + Internet Access, Details..

Which could be done in one click, if the default page loaded is My Orders, which I guess it the one mainly used by people and a Details button next the service.

Yes, I absolutely agree. All I usually want the portal for is to check my download usage. It's quite irritating to have to go round the houses to do it. I appreciate that the portal incorporates a wide range of functionality but the UI could be simplified without losing any of that.

Don't you guys have anything better to complain about? hmm lets see, hmm, um, yeh i cant actually think of anything.

If you want to complain goto plusnet.

As for the portal, meh, its only 5 clicks, It isnt going to hurt you, Thats my view on it. Yes it could be easier but were not talking 20 clicks here.

My 2p worth:

Auto-focusing the email field on the login page would be most handy.

EDIT:

Oh and if you are going to use cursor:pointer on the blue buttons please make the whole button clickable rather than just the text.

Okay I guess that is 4p

Constructive criticism, just helping those a Zen know how things could be improved. They do listen....so we tell
