Lost Sync And Connection

Hi,

Has anyone else lost connection in the last 30 mins or so?

I lost sync and since then it manages to sync, connects but then de-syncs again.

I'm on Zen LLU connected to the Oldham exchange so I'm unsure as to whether it's a local problem or not.

Sorry for the bump but I have an update.

I phoned Zen Support for the first time today and they were excellent, very helpful and professional. It looks like my connection problems are due to something in the house because after connecting to the master test socket I was able to connect fine. So either the filters are causing the problem or maybe (I hope not) the wiring has developed a fault somewhere.

Zen switched Interleaving on for me and that has helped - although for the moment until I find the fault I'm only connecting at half my normal speed after having to increase my routers SNR value I'm just glad to be back surfing with the ADSL club.

It's always a relief to isolate a problem. If you don't have spare filtes around and can aford to wait until Monday to order a set and Tuesday for delivery, I can recommend these:
