Nice Job Zen (& BT)

Eventually decided to move to Zen's 8Mb service & I filled the form in on the Zen website at about 09:30 yesterday. Lots of automated emails were sent by them then the service was migrated at 01:38 this morning.

It may just be a migration but credit where credit's due a 16 hour turnaround is very impressive - who says that they're not as good as they used to be!!

I thought id done pretty well getting my migration done and dusted within the working week!

I would say the same but due to eclipse having me on datastream im having to wait for BT to pull there fingers out and change me to IPStream :/ ... My order was complete with Zen on the 29th of Jan Now im currently paying Zen and paying Eclipse (which is still sub standard) :/
