I didn't think you ordered through the portal, I thought you simply ordered online here, enter your phone number, and on the screen for "Step 2" select "Regrading an existing service" from the drop down menu against the "Provision Type". At some point I guess you may need to give your Zen username.
so whats the tip for moving to max, leave that router off or on ?
Most seem to get a quicker result if the router is off during the night of the regrade. So if your regrade day is Wed. then turn off before midnight on the Tues. If your still connected when it goes through then it may take 3 days to increase the download speed but don't worry, it will increase.
