Have had a good seven years with zen and have finally left them for BT option 3, the missus said zen was not value for money. I've only had to ring them maybe 4 times, but have noticed a downturn in speed and web browsing.

I think that BT throttles your connection at peak times at least that's what I've read.

At least Zen doesn't throttle you.

It refers to the Traffic Prioritisation BT apply to all IP Stream Office and MAX premium products, i.e. lower contention.
