Migrating to Zen

Hello all, I'm another Pipex (Nildram) customer looking to escape before Tiscali get their mitts on it. Zen come highly recommended. Couple of questions before I jump ship :

1. I'm using a Speedtouch 510 modem/router, is this supported?
2. The majority of my usage is gaming, and Nilly configured my line a long time ago to optimise it accordingly. Do I need to specify anything to Zen for this to continue?

Hey first off welcome to Zen im sure your be happy over here :P.

Ill try to answer your questions my best im sure others will respond better soon tho.

1. Yes the speedtouch 510 router is fully supported no problem there.
2: I think this means nildram made sure interleaving wasn't activated on your line as altho it can give u slightly better download speeds and make a dsl line more stable it increases ping abit which makes gaming slightly more *laggy*. Zen have interleaving normaly set to automatic so if your line is unstable or anything when u first migrate over it will turn on, if its fine it will stay off. If you find it gets turned on you can request Zen to turn it off. You might have to contact zen about this.

I've just been completely migrated now, entered details into router and that was it. I used to be with Nildram too, but they went so poor (5 years with them) What will Tiscali do with them!
