How long to wait for MAC?

I requested my MAC code via the zen portal on the 15th.

I have not received a MAC code as of yet.

Any idea how long Zen normally take to send it?

Im aware of the 30 day notice, but I assumed they would send the code quickly, and I would continue to pay for the service for 30 days.

Or do they send you the code after 30 days?
