Signup Help?

I'm about to sign up for Zen and I could use a couple of tips re usernames:

Are usernames allocated by Zen (Pipex supply an alphanumeric) or can one choose one's own. If the latter, what are the formatting restrictions, ie what is the minimum number characters I can use etc.

Same question applies to email subdomains.

Your username will be username allocated and takes the format of zen12345@zen

Hi there,

The ADSL username can not be specified, it will be of the form zen123456@zen.

Subdomains (of the form xxxxx.myzen.co.uk) and e-mail addresses can be specified through the Customer Portal, once your service is activated. You can specify one subdomain and up to 10 e-mail addresses for that subdomain.
