Extra allowance

If I am on Zen 8000 Active and I have 20GB banked, and I transfer to 8000 Pro, and after a couple of months decide to transfer back to Active, will my 20GB still be available (assuming that I haven't used any of it during the time on Pro?

Moved from BTopenworld to ZeN - several years ago. Delighted (most of the time)
Zen 8000 Active - speed capped by BT, usage capped by Zen

Yes your banked allowance is linked to your broadband account, not the product you are on so will be unaffected by product changes.
