Usage Alerts broken?

I take it the usage alerts are broken, as I've clearly long passed 50% and 75% marks but still not a sign of an e-mail yet...

Is it broke?

I got my 50% alert on the 16 June (20:31BST) so it was working then. Maybe your alerts have ended up accidently in a Spam folder?

Funnily enough I'd already thought of that but anything from Zen is bypassed.

I shall have to speak to CS and see if they can find out why they've stopped coming.

There was a minor update made to the milestone e-mailing system on Monday
If there's missing e-mails since then I'd like to know about it!
