Anyone else.
Not here.

I am getting the same ping times to thinkbroadband from either my Zen Connection or my Entanet connection.
(both around 33ms - which is normal for my interleaved lines)

Line One:- Zen - DrayTek Vigor 2600VG
Line Two:- EntaNet - DrayTek Vigor 2600

I'm not interleaved so was wondering why the sudden increase in latency. Maybe I should check that. I suspect a routing change probably to do with the Edinburgh node but who knows.

No problem here either so you may well be right.

Virgin (ADSL) => Namesco => Newnet => O2 => Plusnet => Zen => Newnet => Zen Active 8000 (I'd like to get in on the FTTP trial)

since BT upgraded our exchange last month to 21CN i have noticed that my service has deteriorated during peak times.

I moved back to zen from Sky after the appalling service i was having with them and didnt mind the extra few quid a month for the better peak time service. Now its almost as bad as when I was with sky.

Zen have basically said that there is nothing they can do as I get more than the minimum bandwidth for more than 60% of the time. I can get faster speeds using a dial up modem than i do at 7:30pm most nights.

Can you PM me your details please. Sometimes we can push a little harder if there are more than a handful of people affected.
