Line upgraded to 21CN

My line was upgraded to 21cn at the BT exchange last night. I can now request upto 20mbps broadband from Zen.

After checking the site, it states I can only get upto 8mbps. My existing service (upto 8mb) is quite reliable. How's the new upto 20mb service and should I upgrade? My existing stats are below.

At that sync you might be better off changing to 21CN. Particuarly if you want faster upload, download may only marginally improve. depends on the composite.

They just done the same to my line, how long does it take them to go from zen8000 to upto 20mb?
