Fiber Broadband

What additional hardware will I need in order to get fiber broadband, I have a standard ADSL modem router will that be sufficient to connect to the modem the engineer will be installing?

I was told by Zen sales I will need to get a router with a "Ethernet one" port. Is it just a router with a gigabit port?

You won't be able to use your ADSL modem. You will need a "cable" router with a WAN port.

However as has been pointed out already, other modems are available. You will need a modem with a 'WAN' Port for it to be suitable.
