Speed Problems?

Anyone having speed problems? My usually stable ~6-7Mbps line is struggling:

Download Speed: 1174 kbps (146.8 KB/sec ) Upload Speed: 373 kbps (46.6 KB/sec )

Nope just regular "up to 8Mbps" connection. No nasties on the PC (I work in IT, so have more than enough experience there), nothing else connected according to my router.

Router is synched at 7616000 down as usual.

My little exchange never suffers from congestion, so I can only think the problem is at Zen's end. I know there are some peering issues to the US at the moment, but it's affecting UK sites.

Have you called in about the issue and have you run the BT speedtest?

I didn't report it as these things tend to be transient. Always good to see if other people are affected before bothering tech support.

All back to normal today: Download Speed: 8765 kbps (1095.6 KB/sec ) Upload Speed: 232 kbps (29 KB/sec )

Thats great news..

We havent had any main reports about speed issues from customers. Keep an eye on the lien and if it does do it again, run the speedtester and PM me. That was I can check the exchange for you.
