Just had a quick look at the Portal, and I'm LLUd and it states my max download speed is 2848Kbps. The latest line rate data is from 2006 - BRAS profile isn't shown. There's also no service profile data.
Any ideas?

The 600ms ping response makes me suspect that there is either a major issue with the line, or something/somone is over utilising the connection and hence it being so slow.
Can you call in so we can run some checks for you please.
