ADSL -> ADSL2+ upgrade

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how long it usually takes to upgrade to ADSL2+? When I started the order it said that I'd receive an email confirming the date but nothing has arrived. The customer portal is currently showing "Wait for response from WBC Gateway - IN PROGRESS FOR 2 DAYS"
