Problem with website

I'm having problems reaching a website & would like to know if others on Zen can access it. The site is:

http://www.watchtool.co.uk/

It quite safe - it's a site for buying watchmaker's tools.

I can access from work & DownForMe says the site is up but all I get is a long delay while loading & then the Plesk Domain Default page saying I haven't uplodaed any content as if it's my site - which it isn't.

If I go via an anonomous proxy server then the site loads ok so it seems as if it's something to do with my Zen address. I've cleared all cookies & tried difffferent DNS servers.

Anyone have any idea what the problem might be?

No idea as to cause of your problem but I have accessed it instantly, no delay whatsoever.

No problems for me either - used your link first, and then did it through Google search, both loaded right away.

I tried this site a week ago, and got hangs. It then recovered after a half our or so, so thought I would try again just now. Issue is now back.

Questions:

1) What browser are you using?
2) Are you IPv6 enabled?

I run Firefox so decided to turn on Firebug. It is reporting a time out on this file during the page load:

http://www.trustlogo.com/trustlogo/javascript/cot.js

I don't even see a 200 OK response in the Firebug GUI for the above request, and it is sitting with a hour clock waiting (on something).

Things I do note about www.trustlogo.com, and the above request:

1) It has both an IPv6 and IPv4 address associated with it.
2) The webserver is nginx.
3) Upon requesting the above file (using a direct telnet request on the terminal), the stream (file) does not end with a new line character. Doing the same request on:

http://www.watchtool.co.uk/external/jscookmenu/theme...

which is another javascript file, but hosted on watchtool, returns a file that does end this way.

Either way, it looks like the cot.js file on trustlogo.com is the problem - as for why, I'm not sure. I get the same issue in Chrome too.

No problem accessing for me. Using Firefox 10.0.2 on Ubuntu, IPv4.

No problem here, using Zen's DNS.

Give the following a whirl, close the browser first.

XP:

Make sure you are logged on as an administrator (you cannot clear the DNS cache under a regukar user account)

1. Go to the Start menu and click Run
2. Type cmd and click OK
3. At the command prompt type ipconfig /flushdns and press enter (Windows should confirm the DNS resolver cache has been flushed).
4. Click the X at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
5. Try the site again.

Vista/7
1. Go to the Start menu (bottom left circle with Windows logo in it)
2. Go to All Programs > Accessories
3. Right-click Command Prompt and click Run As Administrator
4. Click Continue or Allow (depending on prompt)
5. At the command prompt type ipconfig /flushdns and press enter (Windows should confirm the DNS resolver cache has been flushed).
6. Click the X at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
7. Try the site again.
