BTW still clowning around.

2 engineer visits to the exchange, both engineers presumably not bothering to read the case notes and, having seen sync, deeming everything fine and dandy.

2 missed update deadlines by BTW in the last few days.

Really want to bang my head against the wall.

Agreed, they are now called the 'BT Group'. BTWholesales is the customer of OpenReach and BTRetail is the customer--along with Zen and other ISP's--is the customer of BTWholesale.

Unfortunatly we cannot talk to OpenReach directly and sometimes this can cause the problems we see and you are seeing.
