We continue to invest in major developments of our next generation network and will soon be bringing lower priced Fibre Optic Broadband.

To deliver these lower priced service we are initially investing over £3.5m in our core infrastructure to build a network of local exchange Points of Presence (PoPs). These Fibre Optic services will be available from our 200 PoPs plus another 270 exchange locations which will enable us to provide these services to at least 6 million UK premises. Key word is investing. Great to see a good company moving on and trying to look after their own future.

Not strictly LLU but bypassing the BT Wholesale network to use their own and probably cheaper and with more control network.

GEA-FTTC/P is a virtual LLU service at best, because Openreach still control the active hardware in the street cabinets.

How soon is soon?

I'll be getting Fibre in August (Well that's the plan anyway).

But at the current price/usage it's cheaper to go elsewhere and have a fibre AND talk package (and that includes line rental) than it is for Zen Fibre.

Thing is I love Zen but I love money more

So more news on Fibre pricing soon will be good.

I too would like to know how soon is soon.

If it's not by the end of the month then I think they're stretching the definition of the word!

Any update, when can we expect it to be released?

At the moment we are still working on the network and to date we don't have an official launch date.

I will however update you once we do.

I think soon has been stretched too far and may have actually snapped by now.
