Zen email not working.

Zen hosted websites not working.

Zen's own website and support website not working.

HELP!!

Same for everyone, I assume?

I don't know if it is working for you yet.

My ISp uses Zen, I presume it does because when i do speed tests they seem to think I am with Zen and default DNS servers are zen.


Been no problem here and have had net on all morning for music and other stuff.

Something majorly wrong, it seems. Can't even contact support.

Really hit and miss here too. Sometimes pages load sometimes not. All very slow.
Only got up and running 2 days ago after almost 3 weeks of no internet due to a line card fault.
Was trying to game but 6 second ping times make that a bit pointless.

3 weeks without a connection. Ouch.

Our Engineers are aware of an issue between Leeds and Rochdale. This is causing intermittent access issues for all DSL, Leased Line, and Hosting customers.

Thanks for that. I couldn't get to the Zen support site originally, but it now appears to have come back again. A good sign.
