And good to live somewhere with a mobile signal. I live out in the wilds of Dorset....can only get a mobile signal if I drive or walk three miles down the road wink

It is still intermittent but good enough to see the updates at http://status.zensupport.co.uk/active/1/3269 - the latest one of which was at 11.30 with an estimated repair time of 1.5 hours.

There are quite a few people moaning on Twitter about no updates from @zeninternet which is probably a fair point.

People should use their brain and check the ISPs official website rather than relying on a trivial social media website! There is more to the WWW than facebook and twitter!

The "done thing" usually with ISPs is that they will have an @ISP account (PR/Chat/announcements) and then @ISP_Status account... I'm assuming Zen don't have a @Zen_Status account or similar therefore people should join the dots and realise the twitter account is not for status updates.

People did use their brains, but the Zen support site was down.

After that, you try Twitter.

Good point - Zen should be running their status site at a location where it cannot be affected by their own systems or even network. Twitter is still not appropriate for this type of content though.

But they are in different places btw:

I knew something wasn't right - email loading slowly earlier on and some websites moving a little slowly.

After seeing this, I see the BQM showing a spike at around 8am. My BQM is usually flat overnight & until late morning when the computer is off.

Zen reports:
Our engineers have now resolved this problem and connectivity has been restored.

We are continuing to monitor to ensure there are no further issues.

Zen regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
