Zen Home Talk Plus Usage

Can Zen please tell me how often does it updating on their zen customer portal of home talk plus usage after the last call?

Ill look into this for you now and come back to you.

My Zen calls are updated daily in the user portal. If like me you make five hour long calls in the evening, you need to be careful if you have few of the 5,000 minutes left, as balance not detailed till next day, though no 60 min call limit which is more important to most folk,

Our systems teams have advised that It can take up to 48 hours depending on the supplier that was used to route the call.

When is the 5000mins/month reset?

Not that I am anywhere near using them, but not been reset since I signed up.
Also in my Portal it tells me I have used over 500 free mins, but my summary says I have only used 69mins in this month so far and 119min last month .
Only had it 2months, so I am sure I have not used near 500mins altogether in that time.

5000minutes are suppose to reset each month, that's what zen told me last month before I join them.

Is there something wrong with my account as my home talk plus usage never updated since last week. I had made about three or four calls last week.
