For the last three weeks I have been having issues with my connection 'freezing' exactly every 30 minutes. Usually the connection recovers but sometimes it does not & the router needs restarting. Below is the Broadband Quality Monitor snapshot for the last 24 hours:
My Broadband Ping Today
You can see the packet loss spikes every 30 minutes, together with three episodes of loss of connection. During the quiet periods (1AM to 9AM & 10AM to 5PM) all PCs were turned off & only the router was powered up. The router is a Netgear DG834G.
I think can tell when this started: April 8th at about 8AM:
My Broadband Ping April 8th
Days before this are clear of these spikes. I know my line is not the best & will only support about 2.5Mbs but it has been quite reliable in the past.
How do I go about getting this looked at? I can't envisage being able to explain this to a BT script reader.
