Here are some BQM graphs for my Zen FTTC line which seem to show latency issues.
I am a light user - typically around 20 GB per month. For months my BQM graphs usually looked like this:

Then, in early September this year they changed overnight to look like this:

I spoke to Zen. They seemed to accept that the change depicted by the BQM graph was a 'fault' and did not think it was a congestion issue. Resetting the Openreach modem made no apparent difference but after a reset of the Technicolor router the BQM changed to this:

But today the BQM is back to this:

Changing router from Technicolor to an Airport Express has made no difference. I shall raise the matter again with Zen. Any thoughts about this cycle would be welcome.
