Bonding FTTC

Hi folks,

Where I work we currently have a Zen FTTC connection giving us about 40Mbit down and about 7Mbit up. We've recently moved over to Google Apps for Business which is great but we're finding out bandwidth usage has gone up quite a bit and we're finding that we need more bandwidth.

At the moment we have a backup ADSL connection from Sky which we're looking at replacing with FTTC, however I gather than some of the 'cloud' based systems we use don't like the IP addresses changing. So we're looking at possibly cancelling the Sky ADSL connection and getting an additional FTTC connection from Zen.

So I wondered if Zen offered bonding of FTTC connections and if so what sort of costs we'd be looking at?

Otherwise does anyone know of any other options out there where we could bond multiple connections so traffic comes from a single IP?

Sky Fibre Pro offers a static IP address.

I would add that even if you get the bonding, keeping a solution that is with different ISP and not cabinet but exchange based is a good idea for at least basic business continuity.

AAISP and Fluidata are two names to talk to about this.

http://www.sharedband.com/ best and cheap way to bond 2 or more lines, lot cheaper than paying for isp to do the same thing. I didnt think it works till I tried it

get 2 or more cheap isps no need static ip in fact u dont even need a public ip, I have a client with NAted relish BB works great they running mail server etc with out issue
