I've happily been on Zen's FTTC product for over a year now. However, on most evenings around 11PM I notice that the connection will drop for 30-60 seconds. If I look on my router's connection information during this time, I can see that it has no IPv4 or IPv6 addresses. I don't need to manually intervene for the connection to come back again, it happens automatically.
It always appears to happen around this time, rather than based on the uptime of my router or modem. This is the only time of day that I experience a drop too. It doesn't happen every single night, but it does happen most nights and can be rather frustrating as it can often interrupt things.
I can't find any hints to what may be causing this on Zen's portal. My line has had the same 80001 sync rate for almost a year now so it doesn't seem like a line quality issue.
Any ideas? Would be nice to be able to resolve this.
Thanks in advance.
