Fibre Broadband
Your line will typically support up to 13.5Mbps download (Min. 7.1Mbps and Max. 20Mbps), 0.9Mbps upload
It should read up to 74, as that is what some of the residents are getting on their unlimited package from BT etc
i myself was told i could only get 15 by zen so only took out in there package 1 instead of 2
Since the estate going live last Friday i have been getting 37 mbps so to whom it may concern it would be appreciated if the website could be amended at some point so as to not give false information which in turn will lead like mine the wrong package being sold
I should also add that SAM does not know either as their website says this
BT FTTC broadband availability
You are connected to the Crawley telephone exchange.
FTTC is available in your area
Downstream Min: 13.5 Mbps
Downstream Max: 20 Mbps
Upstream Min: 0.9 Mbps
Upstream Max: 2.1 Mbps
PS i have been around the 200-property estate to tell them of this error and trust that their orders if required will be executed in an efficient manor
thank you
