IPV6 Packet Loss

I've noticed a lot of packet loss on IPV6 today. IPv4 is fine.

I'm seeing similar, with the pattern of packet loss matching that in your graph. I'm currently connected through bng1.th-lon.

My monitoring between my router and the Zen gateway's IPv6 link local address shows no packet loss, so the problem is somewhere between the Zen gateway I'm connected to and the BQM server.

Yup.

I was affected by this as well. Looking at my monitoring graph things returned to normal between 23:00 and 00:00 last night.
