It's 24/7 basically. I've never seen the single thread speed basically match the multiple thread speed.

Yes, I'm not overly worried with the single thread speed I'm now getting, and I'm very much a perfectionist! I may give Zen Tech Support a call one day and see if they think it'd be worthwhile changing any settings in the router, as you've suggested, and to what values.
