10 Years with Zen

Well just been checking I have been with Zen for 10 years in March , I moved from Biscuit and have to say I have been very impressed , my only complaint is they have still not sent me a Zen Mug.

I'm getting close to 12.5 years with Zen. I was connected to:

Home 1000 from 28/09/2004
Home 2000 from 18/05/2005
Home 8000 Pro from 26/01/2007
21CN migration on 06/05/2011
Zen Pro (ADSL 2+) from 10/05/2011
Zen Fibre Active from 08/01/2013
Unlimited Fibre 2 from 20/09/2013
Moved to Zen backhaul on 01/10/2014
Line Rental Plus from 28/10/2014 (previously voice was with BT Retail)

That makes it 12.39 years and counting.

According to the portal: Service started 30/07/2004

Mug Status: None

Happy with service despite Openreach being sh...: Yes

ISP: Zen, getting around 6mb down - .8mb up
Exchange is Fibre enabled, Cab not economically viable to upgrade - though hanging on the carrot being dangled - 'There are projects to be initiated in 2017, however, we do not have a particular timescale at this moment.'
Stechford (CMSTE) Cab 50 - small cabinet of fail

Feeling a bit sMUG myself as I've been with Zen longer (among many others) and do have a Zen Mug - actually I have 2 - one of which was a rare edition.

Service ordered on the 4th October 2002, service started on the 11th October 2002 - so getting on for 15 years! May I have a mug, please? Please?
