Zen mail not working?

Nothing coming through to Mailwasher. My mail client (Thunderbird) reports "Error with account Zen: The STAT command did not succeed. Error getting message number and sizes. Mail server mailhost.zen.co.uk responded: Mailbox unavailable.".

Zen webmail reports that I'm giving the wrong password, which I'm certainly not.

Is this affecting anybody else?

OK this morning (Mailwasher & Outlook).

I also had problems with the Zen mailhost not accepting the password for the 3 email accounts that I have with Zen back on the 6th for about an hour.
This evening, since I noticed the problem had returned at 22:24hrs, I still cannot get my passwords recognised when using either Outlook or when attempting to use the Zen Webmail.
All my other email accounts with other providers are working correctly.
Both my desktop and my laptop are reporting the same problem.

Further to my previous message, the Zen Service Alert information reports that the Mailhost Platform will be partially unavailable from 23:00 hrs.

Perhaps they decided to start work early........................!
