I just tried to sign up to this, but they said the offer has finished until next week from October 2, when it starts again.

However, they said that as an existing customer, you have to be a member of the Big Deal with a membership number in order to qualify. I've not seen anyone else mention that in this thread and Zen didn't say it either when I called them 2 weekends ago.

Anyone else run across this?

I'm not a member of the Big Deal (no idea what that actually is) but I got the deal sorted (ADSL version though!)

Were you already a Zen customer when you signed up to this Zen/Big Deal offer?

I was already with Zen when I signed up to the Bigdeal by ringing Zen. They did not mention having to be a member of anything or having any membership numbers so that must be new.

If you order it online as a new Zen subscriber, they also don't ask for Big Deal membership details either.
