Wondering why it is ~12ms. I'm currently hitting that same IP around a third lower (TT Business/LLU).

Generally you'll get single digits on a good line nearer the south but you would move into double digits as you go further north. Its just inherent latency in the network with it all terminating in London.

Sheffield, although at my exchange Zen use Talk Talk Business backhaul.
