One of the big selling points Zen uses is their customer service. I've been having speed issues since late Friday night and today am getting this rubbish -

So I go to their support page where it says there's email and chat support at the weekends between 09.00 and 17.00 but trying chat it says there's no agents.

That's not good customer support, that's garbage in my opinion. So if a custoimer has issues after 8pm on a Friday they're stuck until Monday?

ps, how do you post images on this site?

I have quite often found that their chat is unavailable. It would be best to phone them.
