I do hope you get some sort of an acceptable solution and goodwill from Zen. Good luck.

Apparently there is a high level meeting in the morning, and I will hear what is happening (or at least a response to my concerns) after that.
Really hope a clear action plan comes out of this meeting to get this major issue resolved. The meeting sounds positive but after the talking stops progress needs to start.

I still seem to be one of the "Small Minority" - or maybe Zen have forgotten to tell me I need to report this again.... Still waiting to hear from them after big meeting they had this morning..... Oh, and it's afternoon now.....

Is everyone else (ANYONE) actually fixed now?

I was called earlier and asked to email through some more speed test results and also asked for my availability for engineer visits.

That's all I know at the mo.

No communications to me though ! Zero, zip, nix, nought, nada....SO far..... Apart from a promise to contact me after the big meeting this morning.....

Perhaps they don't understand the problem with your connection, but do mine, and they can't actually fix it?????

Well...... At least I (at last) have a response from Zen, Apparently there is a high level meeting in the morning, and I will hear what is happening (or at least a response to my concerns) after that. I will let you all know what the outcome is when I hear, but for now I am giving Zen the right to an official reply. I am just happy that it is at least escalated to board level now.

It's probably not a coincidence that this is being escalated the same day that Mark @ ISPReview contacted them for comment on the issue, which is a shame.

Your absence over the last month from this thread has been extremely noticeable, your customers have been desperate for info on what is happening and you are no where to be found then suddenly todays claim its been fixed you're front and centre again.

Where is Zen Customer Service when their customers need them. I'm sure people will remember this.
