I hope they’re paying YOU rather than the other way around. 😉

I've been getting 100% refund credit notes so no one is paying anyone.

Perhaps my free allowance has run out!

Still no connection at all... Really not impressed that this has happened. Entire weekend without any connection and possibly into the week, I'll need to tether to my phone to work on Monday if they're sending someone round then

This is surreal Jake! OK, so you are getting 'free' 'service', but now it's not even that. I presume that you got internet because you need it, want it, are curious, whatever.... But you've now been over 3 months as a guinea pig to find out what Zen messed up when they did the helpful GEA Migration, and have destroyed things progressively, and they seem no closer to a solution do they?

You have the patience of a saint! SO glad that I asked to be UnMigrated, funnily enough it's all been 100% fine since they did as I asked.

Are you willing to let this go on forever?

To be fair this arrangement has been good for both parties up to this point, Zen have had a live issue that they can work through to identify the root cause and Jake saves £50+ a month.

I am assuming Zen know of the current full outage as you would have thought they would have had someone on the case last Friday afternoon after the card was changed.

Of course, you may be wanting to gain experience as an unpaid / intern tester? I need the internet to perform my role as a software performance tester, and charge for my services in that respect....

A week or so of cooperation seems fine, but surely this has gone on long enough?

Look at the rates for any sort of a tester on Jobserve! Rather more than £2 a day!

I appreciate that and its not an arrangement I would have agreed to but Jake did agree to it but as you imply he can pull the plug if he has had enough.

Edit: or maybe someone else has smile
