Hi. I had Zen installed on Thursday last week (7th July) and had no internet connection since then due to some issues with both the fibre to the property and the router.
The fibre to the property wasn't delivering the required speed, so CityFibre replaced that this morning.
The router was delivered without my account details pre-installed, however I've updated those, and added the VLAN setting of 911.
As of today (Wednesday 13th) I'm still getting no internet access when I use my Zen connection. The error message is "The internet service provider is not responding to PPPoE packets".
Is this a faulty router? I've tried resetting the ONT and a factory reset of the FritzBox 7530 router with no success.
If anyone has any ideas that would be appreciated.
