Upgrading

[link to this post]

Has anyone succeeded in upgrading a service using the link from the Zen Portal?
I keep getting a Server not found error (using computer, tablet, phone, various browsers).

Thanks

Ron

I always receive a Server Not Found error when trying to upgrade a service from the Portal. I first came across this problem in March 2024 and reported it to Zen Customer Services at the time.

I now just order or upgrade services by email.

Finally gave up and orderd by email, although I did have to work hard to get Provisioning to accept that I wanted to retain my landline.
As regards the Upgrade button, they persisted in asserting it was something to do with my setup, presumably something in common with my computer, laptop, tablet and phone.

Sadly, that is now ZenÅ› default response

BT (poor) -> Zen (excellent) -> O2 (started well, went downhill -> IDNet (No complaints - but 100GB cap) -> Zen (gone a long way downhill) -> A & A
