Zen are dreadful lately

Dunno what's going on at Zen but I'm thinking of switching ISPs. In the last month or two I've had several unexplained outages, including yet another one tonight. They used to be so reliable.

I can see from your signature that you are on FTTP. Is that via Openreach or an AltNet, (which AltNet?)?

Do any of the lights on your ONT change when you get an outage?

I'm wondering if you are experiencing network problems that could be being unfairly attributed to Zen?

Guess I'll check that next time there's an outage. Even still, their support site is useless and always has 100 different "ongoing maintenance" things so it doesn't really tell you anything useful.
