Considering a move to Zen

[link to this post]

I'm currently on Aquiss and I have a FRITZ!Box 7690 which I would like to use as it's better then the Zen supplied box. I am on BTOR FTTP which has recently had a major upgrade in the area, The OR checker says 1600 available although Zen only offers 900. I'd probably take that service anyway with the current price offer.

How are Zen these days, are they reliable? Can I use my existing Fritz!box, do they offer static IPv4 and IPv6 and no CGNAT

To clarify, with Zen IPv6 is an optional extra that has to be requested, (via your online Zen portal). They do not charge either setup or ongoing fees for IPv6 though.
