Just after some input, is this service generally good?
Thinking of moving from sky unlimited - Mostly use the line for gaming.

thankyou, how do you find the value product for gaming? i noticed the paketloss on one hop. Do you experience packetloss while gaming at all?

Don't do gaming I'm afraid! I noticed the packet loss as well but I can't say it's been a problem in practice.

No, not really, the only thing that changes is that web traffic is restricted to 20Mb as per the speeds page linked to by Bob Pullen, but this is barely noticeable. I haven't noticed any problem with congestion in the evenings.

I just wish there was a date for getting FTTC in my area (only 1 or 2 places listed in N Wales) as I was stuck on under 256 kbps last year for months and now, even though my sync speed is up, my max download speed is 2.5 Mbps.
