It is worth pointing out that some of us with Sky are actually on partial LLU. However I do understand that new customers are full LLU.
As I mentioned in a recent post a member in your situation was advised by Sky that his phone line was to be "improved" it was taken that it was to be made full LLU.
Not sure if that was just a one off but for sure Sky would love to do it as it would no doubt save them money and make it more complicated to move to a different ISP.
It must have been part of their strategy in make full LLU mandatory now.
The basic land grab is over........... let's bind 'em in.
