Yes, I imagine it helps... yet so many ISPs will not "see" a migration out unless you contact them (in some cases repeatedly). Do I take that they have no excuse for that?
No excuses whatsoever. The data is provided, just depends how the ISPs use it.
We actually give all the XML output to our customers in our control panels, so they can see orders (in/out), modify orders, delays etc
