Different scenario, but I helped someone do a house move with Plusnet a couple years ago, with supposedly a simultaneous provide. The phone transferred ok, but the broadband didn't, and in the end the simultaneous provide probably took longer than it would have done ordering the broadband separately, since Plusnet wanted to do all the diagnostic checks, including sending out a new router.
