Your connection syncs at 49390 Kbps (49.39 Mbps).
That's within the 1Mb.
Your BT IP Profile/BRAS Rate should be approximately 96.79% of the sync speed i.e. around 47.8Mb.
From that, your MAXIMUM throughput speed (at a quiet time with no contention) should be around 94% of IP Profile (around 45Mb).
The TBB & BT speed testers are known to be rather pessimistic.
What throughput speed do you see from www.speedtest.net?
Interleaving is set at fastpath, so your connection must be quite/very stable.
Also, as SNRM is around the target 6dB, there is absolutely no scope for increased speeds.
Is there anything else you would like to know, bearing in mind your original claim of 76Mb speeds being promised?
The fact your connection syncs in excess of 40 Mb confirms you must be on the "up to" 76Mb service - emphasis on the "up to".
