As above running via PPPoA Should i notice anyspeed difference not using the router?

Sorry to hear that, I can see though that our team have the fault in hand and have escalated it as of earlier on today. Hopefully we'll have something back on that one tomorrow.

Do i need to cancel the engineer, or best to let him come and check it out?
