Todays update

He moved to another set of twisted wires and it was still the same, so he went to the other sid of the bundle and the below is the result.

What firewall are you using then? As you can trust the BT Wholesale site, it might be worth turning on Windows firewall, (most IS suites turn it off), then disable your IS while you do the test. Then put it back on and disable the Windows firewall.

They can cause strange buffering, which could cause that. There is no possible way it comes out of the DSLAM faster than the IP Profile, and all examples such as yours have been traced to IS(f/w) buffering.
