bt to plusnet problems

1 week to realize my order wasn't progressing,
now i have a date, 2 weeks to migrate over.

its hardly the 5-7 days advertised

The same thing happened to me and I think one or two others on this forum. There is obviously something wrong with PlusNets procedures, as orders should not get 'forgotten'.

BT -> Zen -> F2S -> Bulldog -> Be* -> BT Infinity 2 -> Plusnet Unlimited Fibre Extra

Seems to happen with BT to plusnet migrations only, very weird.

plusnet unlimited fibre - 2 Jun 14 - 470m - 80/20 - Summer/dry sync 55/9.4, Winter/wet sync 52/9.1
