Anyone know if there are any problems with Plusnet email systems atm with particular ref. to verification from https://community.plus.net please?
Nothing through despite several requests for email to be resent.
https://community.plus.net/t5/Service-Status/Email-P... says that problem has now been fixed, so ....

Tried Twitter, but no luck there either.
Why is it soo difficult contacting and then getting any sense out of Plusnet?

My colleague on Twitter discussed this with myself amongst others and we advised them of how to reply and to advise you that you already had a Community account, so you should use that rather than sign up a new one. I believe he also offered to call you to resolve the problem.

I wasn't able to use that account, as I advised.
I eventually got help via the community forum.
